CCM.net is the international trademark of the leading French high-tech website, CommentCaMarche.net (CCM). CCM.net has online editions in 10 languages and is edited by France’s Figaro CCM Benchmark Group.
What we are looking for:
CCM is seeking a News Content Producer to assist in developing the Dutch-language edition of CommentÇaMarche.net. We are looking for a competent journalist/digital content producer who will be responsible for producing, editing, and ensuring the quality of the news and other online content on http://nl.ccm.net. The News Content Producer will work closely with the international teams in Paris on a part-time basis.
Requirements:
- Perfect command of the Dutch language (excellent written and proofreading skills)
- Ability to translate/adapt content from English, French, Spanish or German into Dutch, and ability to create original content in Dutch
- Knowledge of SEO and HTML
- Excellent understanding of technology, and ability to decode technical issues to a wide audience
- Experience editing, creating, proofreading, and producing digital news content
- Knowledge of Photoshop or similar software
- Familiarity with a range of Content Management Systems
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
- Willigness to work from home in a part-time, freelance position
